There’ve been a lot of questions, comments or concerns about the directory. Where have they been? When will we get one? Why haven’t we had one since 2012? 2012 is the last one I had! etc., etc.
True, 2012 is the last time one was created. I am not privy to all the reasons why, but a new one will be forthcoming later this spring. While a lot of people continually renew their membership each year, and that’s a good thing, we’ve also had a fair amount of turnover in the last year in the neighborhood. It would certainly be more updated than one 5 years ago, but would probably also have a fair amount of changes.
Currently the database is pretty well up to date. But if you have changes with regard to your own phone numbers or email addresses, you can go update those on your own through the website here, and that will greatly help us keep the information up to date and timely!
We will only publish the primary phone number and will NOT publish the email address. That is only to inform each individual through the site for their renewal or other notifications.

FYI, the directory has been published, and will come to members homes here the last week of June!
The new directory was made possible by many of the advertisers and we thank ALL of them for their support!
When in the spring? April or May?
Further discussion was held at the last board meeting, and we’ll be trying to get the directory ready to go to printing some time in late April, and then be distributed to the neighborhood members some time in the latter part of the spring.
Folks the deadline has come. The directories will be going out to paid members very soon now! Just a few weeks away! If you haven’t updated your information, please go do so on the website today!
OK, folks, the directory has been sent to the printer and should be available later this week! If you joined the HOA organization this year you’ll receive yours. If oyu have not joined yet, it’s not to late to do so, and you will receive a directory after joining. It just might not contain your updated information unless you updated it on the website.

The directories should have gone out! Interested to see what people have to say, as we on the committee think they look great and will be very useful!
We have been members since moving here in 1992. We have a 2012 directory, but did not receive a 2017 directory. Is the directory not available online? I cannot seem to find it if it is.
Phil, we did one in 2017. I’ll contact our president about it, as you should have received one. Apologies for you not getting it. But no, it is NOT online, and won’t be. However, if you’d like, and we encourage it, you can go update your individual account (email, phone etc) on the site, as we use it to sync up the data for the directory printing.
