Welcome to the official website for the Richland Homeowners Association (RHA). The RHA is for residents of the Richland Park and Richland Oaks neighborhoods.Our neighborhood is located in Southeast Richardson in the Richardson Independent School District and is an easy drive to all areas of the metroplex. We have convenient access to both Central Expressway (U.S. 75) and LBJ Freeway (I-635). Our streets are well kept and lined with mature trees.
The neighborhood also has a park, Richland Park, that is within easy walking distance from all homes. There is an award winning elementary school, Richland Elementary, adjacent to the park.
We maintain an active Crime Watch Patrol staffed by volunteers from the neighborhood. The patrol drives the neighborhood during most hours keeping an eye out for suspicious activity. The Crime Watch Patrol has served to keep crime in our neighborhood at a minimum, and crime is down over last year…
Just a quick word — the directories are getting set to go to print and the cutoff date to submit your info for it will be June 1st! Now, you can join after this date, if you haven’t, and get a directory. Only residents who have renewed the membership will get a directory!
