This is a secondary page with another tutorial for renewing through the profile update links.
in the first quarter a user should see this if they choose to click the Renew link.
A user can then enter the discount code as provided in the renewal letter and receive the 10% discount given for early renewal during the first quarter of the year. They need to enter the code and click the Apply button. They’ll then see the price change. This discount goes away after the first of April for residents opting to renew memberships at a later date.
If they (users/residents) are renewed they will then see the choices below after logging in and going to the membership.
The full profile update allows users to enter or modify their data, like their phone number or email address for instance. They may also get these choices.

The quick profile update lets a user see their status, though they can change it from here too. For instance, if you were regrettably moving out of Richland Park you could choose to either Cancel or Abandon your membership by clicking one of the two links listed as so.
Once a user is ready to renew the subscription they simply click that button that shows Renew Subscription. After clicking the user will see the following screen
The user will then be forwarded to the PayPal page where they can enter their credentials and pay the dues there.
