After a year reprieve from volunteering for the Richland HOA, I am back as an at-large member. With the support of the HOA Board and your HOA paid dues, I along with my DORIANBAHR team, planted and detailed 6 of our 8 entrances. With some growth and maintenance, we should have them to enjoy throughout the year. Last July, Curtis Dorian and I met with the City of Richardson, to acquire matching City funds, in order to install lighting for the Richland Oaks Entrance. With the medians owned by the City of Richardson, we are subject to their guidelines and pace of action. The wheels move slowly with government, but I am hopeful we will install lighting in the next few weeks. We are also adding an electric outlet at both entrances, as I plan to add Holiday Lighting and freshen the Christmas Decorations I designed a few years back.
Recently we repainted the curb street numbers, deciding to go to a black background. I hope you all like them! Richland Park/Oaks has so many talented people in our neighborhood, so if you have something you want to share or help assist, please reach out to me personally. Also, make sure you have paid your 2018 Annual HOA dues. $40.00 a year secures landscaping, social events and crime watch for our neighborhood…and much more.
