Beautification

The Beautification Committee’s primary goal is to make Richland Park and Richland Oaks one of the most desirable communities in the area. View Yard of the Month information and winners.

The “Richland News” goes to all 968 homes in Richland Park and Richland Oaks. The newsletter is published four times a year in early spring, late spring, fall and winter. Click here for advertising information.

Directory

The Richland Homeowners Neighborhood Directory is published approximately every other year. It lists residents two ways: alphabetically and by street address. Phone numbers are withheld if a resident so requests. The Directory is automatically distributed to all dues-paying members. We provide a complimentary copy to new residents who have recently moved here. The Directory is never distributed to any person or business outside the neighborhood.
