Curb Address Paintings

Attention Richland residents.

Paintings on the curbs for address numbers in the neighborhood have begun. Please disregard any notice you may receive that may warn of adverse impact for not having legible numbers as the city is basically “granting a waiver” for the time being. The paintings have started in the 400 block, and probably after this rain shower spell passes in the coming days, the painter will begin in the 500 and 600 block.
