We encourage all residents in our community to participate in RHA.

To join, please complete the form and return it. Our year is based on a calendar year and your dues will be for the current year.

Our membership dues of only $40.00 are a small investment in the community. Your dues help The Neighborhood Association provide many benefits, such as

• Crime Watch Patrol (all patrol members are trained volunteers)
• Maintenance & updating of entry landscaping
• Social activities for all ages
• Representation at City of Richardson meetings
• Interaction with RISD, Richardson Police and Fire Departments
• Seasonal yard awards
• "The Richland News" neighborhood newsletter
• Neighborhood Directory (available only to association members)
• Neighborhood Website
